PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a specimen from being scattered, and to avoid a driving mechanism of a receiving pan getting large. SOLUTION: A nozzle conveyer 100 is provided with a Z-axial arm 101 for supporting a disposable tip 103 to be movable vertically, X and Y axial arms 105, 106 for moving the Z-axial arm 101 horizontally, and the receiving pan 107 arranged in a lower part of the Z-axial arm 101, positioned in an under part of the disposable tip 103, and extracted further form the Z-axial arm 101, a nozzle hole 107a is drilled in a bottom face of the receiving pan 107 to insert the disposable tip 103, and the nozzle hole 107a is positioned just under side of the disposable tip 103, under the condition where the receiving pan 107 is extracted from the Z-axial arm 101.
