PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge circuit capable of charging a battery while suppressing a temperature rise due to charging. SOLUTION: A CPU 14 sets charge controlling information to a charge controlling circuit 12. The charge controlling circuit 12 monitors equipment temperatures TSET at voltages of a thermistor 11 based on the charge controlling information set from the CPU14, and outputs a charge current VBAT with an electric current value depending on equipment temperature to effect charging of a battery 13, when a voltage is supplied to an input terminal of external power supply VCHG. Also, when a battery temperature TBAT is input from the battery 13, and if the battery temperature TBAT is beyond a chargeable temperature range, the charge controlling circuit 12 stops charging of the battery 13.
