PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overvoltage protective circuit which satisfies maximum ratings (MAX, MIN) of a signal processing IC. SOLUTION: The overvoltage protective circuit protects a CCD analog signal processing IC from an overvoltage, the CCD analog processing IC converting an analog image signal which is output according to an input light quantity from a CCD into digital data, and processing the signal. The protective circuit is provided with a coupling capacitor C1 for AC coupling the analog image signal from the CCD, and resistively dividing the analog image signal at a prestage of the coupling capacitor C1.
