PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication terminal equipment which enables a member who receives a group communication start notice to recognize who are other participating members as information for deciding whether to participate, and also to provide a communication system and a communication method. SOLUTION: A control part 7 makes a display part 5 display a communication start notification screen, displays an individual information notice setting image for setting individual information notice propriety corresponding to the input of a key input part 3, and makes a communication part 2 transmit individual information notice propriety information to a communication start terminal 100-1 according to the input of the key input part 3. The control part 7 of the communication start terminal 100-1 makes the communication part 2 transmit the individual information of each participating member to each communication terminal on the basis of the individual information notice propriety information. The control part 7 of the communication terminal which receives the information, makes the display part 5 display a participating member detailed image including individual information.
