PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a conductive protrusion from falling down, and to exhibit an electromagnetic wave shielding function. SOLUTION: A sheet material 12 is arranged on the surface of a conductive frame member, the conductive protrusion 13 formed of a conductive fiber is formed on the surface of the sheet material, and further, the conductive protrusion and the conductive frame member are electrically connected through a connecting member 14. The sheet material is a band-like base cloth manufactured by weaving warps 12a and wefts in such a manner that a longitudinal direction is set to a length direction. The conductive protrusion is formed by intruding a plurality of conductive pile yarns into the longitudinal direction of the base cloth 12, weaving the pile yarns, and cutting the pile yarns. Further, the connecting member includes a first conductive adhesive layer 21 formed by coating the backside of the base cloth with a conductive adhesive, conductive metal foil 23 adhered to the base cloth through the first conductive adhesive layer, and a second conductive adhesive layer 22 formed by coating the backside of the metal foil with the conductive adhesive.
