PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air intake grille capable of being easily handled with a simple structure, adjusting ventilation volume, and being mounted without impairing ventilating performance even when a sufficient vertical space cannot be taken in an installation portion under a ceiling or the like. SOLUTION: This air intake grille is composed of a cylindrical body 1 having a duct mounting portion 5 and a flange 8, a flow rate adjusting plate fitted into a lower end portion of the main body 1, and an annular cap 4 fixed to an outer peripheral portion of the flange 8 in a state of covering the flange 8. A ventilating portion 7 horizontally released, is formed at an upper half portion of the duct mounting portion 5, and the flow rate adjusting plate is constituted by overlapping two sheets of porous plates 13, 14 communicated with each other and having a number of vent holes. The upper porous plate 13 is unrotatably fitted to a lower end portion of the main body 1, the lower porous plate 14 is rotatably supported in a state of being held between the lower end portion of the main body 1 and the annular cap 4, and the porous plate 14 is rotated from an indoor side to change an overlapped area of the vent holes of the porous plate 13 and the vent holes of the porous plate 14.
