PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: a conventional lid for a through hole for water cutoff of a concrete slab is influenced by slab surface finishing in terms of water cutoff performance, or the material of a sleeve to be employed is specified; and a tool is indispensable when an upper portion of the lid is covered with concrete or the lid is removed. SOLUTION: A new lid for a through hole of the slab cuts off water by placing slab concrete up to the upper portion of the lid of the through hole. Therefore the water cutoff performance of the lid is not influenced by finishing of a slab surface, and the material of the sleeve is not limited. Further when the lid is removed, by pulling up a separating plate having an inducing joint for generating cracks in the concrete, the concrete can be broken without using a tool, and the lid of the through hole can be removed.
