In the first blade surface (12A), a portion farthest from the needle tip is formed within a range of 1.5 - 2.5 mm as the distance (D1) in the axial direction (L1) from the needle tip. In the second and third blade surfaces (12B, 12C), portions farthest from the needle tip are formed within a rage of 0.4 - 0.68 mm as the distance (L2) in the axial direction (L1) from the needle tip. Preferably, the ratio (D2/D1) of the distance (D2) to the distance (D1) is set within a range of 0.22 - 0.38.
