<p>Car allocating means allocates a car responding to a landing call occurring in a first area including floors to the first area and a car responding to a landing call occurring in a second area including floors different from those in the first areas. When the allocation is released after the service for the first and second areas are finished, the cars became free. When a landing call occurs in one of the first and second areas and when the total of the number of cars covering the other area and the number of free cars is above the number of secured cars for the other area, candidate car selecting means selects the cars covering the one area and the free cars as candidate cars. When the total is equal to or below the number, the candidate car selecting means selects only the cars covering the one area as candidate cars. Car allocating means allocates a car responding to the landing call out of the candidate cars.</p> |
