<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication device which can reduce an unwanted radiation, while suppressing an increase of a circuit scale and while sharing at a transmitting side and a recipient side a clock which can be utilized as a carrier waves. <P>SOLUTION: A spread wave formation portion 110 forms a spread clock which a division clock is spread in a PN pattern, changing a clock duty cycle so that a division clock divided in a divider 108 has not two or more clocks in section of until a next rising from the falling of the PN pattern, by changing a position of a falling edge of the PN pattern generated by a PN pattern generator 109.
