<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information exchange system, allowing a user of a portable terminal device to know a date such as a product delivery date without fail. <P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal device 1 having a noncontact IC card function includes an external input schedule part, and the reader/writer device 3 includes a data management part. The external input schedule part receives and stores specific No., date information, product information and store information from the reader/writer device 3 by communication through the noncontact IC. The data management part stores the transmitted specific No. product information and date information in linkage with personal information obtained by communication through the noncontact IC with the portable terminal device 1.
