<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user behavior detecting system capable of detecting and reporting at early stages any abnormality about a course through which a user moves. <P>SOLUTION: The user behavior detecting system includes: at least one reading means installed at the entrance/exit of a public transport system for reading identification information indicating a user, i.e., the subject of detection, and recorded in an IC card that the user to be detected owns as a ticket; a registered information storage means for storing registered course information registered correspondingly to the identification information of each subject of detection and destination information for reporting a detection result to a second user different from the user to be detected; a collecting means for collecting course information including a time that the user matching the identification information passed through the place where the reading means is installed; and a monitoring means for monitoring the movement of the user to be detected based on the course information collected by the collecting means and the registered course information registered by the registered information storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
