PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correcting device capable of securing the driving force of a correction lens and made small in size and light in weight, and also to provide an imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The image blur correcting device 30 is equipped with: a correction lens 20A correcting the blur of an image formed by an image-formation optical system; a holding frame 34 for the correction lens 20A supported movably on a plane orthogonal to an optical axis O; an X slider 36 and a Y slider 38 respectively supported to freely slide in a direction X and a direction Y and also engaged with the holding frame 34; and an X motor 40 and a Y motor 42 moving the sliders 36 and 38 in the direction X and the direction Y respectively. The yoke part 68 of the X motor 40 and the yoke part 69 of the Y motor 42 are integrally formed on a lens barrel 61 by including magnetic material in the lens barrel 61.
