PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus for a resin molded product capable of suppressing the occurrence of defectiveness such as the shape irregularity of the molded product, the occurrence of non-filling, burr and air bubbles, etc., even when use is made of a resin material having a viscosity varying depending on its temperature, and the manufacturing method for the resin molded product. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing apparatus of the resin molded product, a third temperature conditioning means (heater) for controlling the viscosity of a resin material by performing the regulation of the temperature of the resin material to the third temperature of the value between a first temperature (cavity heating temperature) and a second temperature (cooling part cooling temperature) is added the part on the side of the cavity from the part (cooling part where the second temperature) conditioning means in the sprue being the flow passage of the resin material.
