<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output groundbreaking plan data in which the identifiers, manufacture quantities and manufacture start dates of product items to be manufactured are associated with the identifiers of manufacture resources configuring a production line. <P>SOLUTION: A production scheduling device 1 is provided with a product allocation means 11 for storing manufacture order data 21 in which the identifiers, manufacture quantities and delivery terms of product items to be manufactured are associated with each other, product item data 25 in which the identifiers of the product items are associated with the identifiers of manufacture resources which can be allocated to the manufacturing of the product items, item-categorized handling time data 27 in which the identifiers of the product items are associated with manufacture resource-categorized handing time, allocation product data 32 in which each time unit of a planning period and product items and manufacture quantities to be manufactured by manufacturing resources are associated, and initial product data 31 to be manufactured at first by manufacture resources and time units, and a groundbreaking plan calculating means 12 for storing groundbreaking plan data 33 in the planning period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
