PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film coating pharmaceutical preparation having excellent moistureproofness, hiding properties and appearance and suppressing an increase in coating weight. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition comprises a color ingredient, a moistureproof agent and a hiding agent. The pharmaceutical composition has (1) a solid composition containing the color ingredient, (2) a moistureproof coating containing the moistureproof agent without substantially containing the hiding agent on the outside of the solid composition and (3) a hiding coating containing the hiding agent on the outside of the moistureproof coating.
