PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by simplifying a constitution of a carrying mechanism. SOLUTION: A large number of projections 18 are formed on a paper support surface 8a of a carrier belt 8, and the respective projections 18 have the tips 18a branched off into 100 or more. A diameter D of the projections 18 is set to 6 to 8μm, and the length L is set to 30 to 130μm, and a diameter (d) of the tips 18a is set to 0.2 to 0.5μm.
