PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent gas-barrier laminated film which is used appropriately eapecially when high gas-barrier properties are required and the gas-barrier properties of which are prevented from being degraded when the film is subjected to usual processing as a packaging material in packaging fields including foods, daily necessaries, and medical supplies and in other fields including electronic device-related members. SOLUTION: In the laminated film, on the surface of a substrate layer 1 of a transparent plastic film, a thin aluminum oxide vapor deposition film layer 2 of 5-300 nm thickness which is expressed by the formula: AlO<SB>x</SB>(x is 0-1.7) and in which (x) increases in the depth direction from the surface of the layer toward the substrate layer 1 and is 1.2 or below in the surface of the layer and a gas-barrier coat layer 3 of thickness 0.02-10μm which is obtained by irradiating an uncured flash vapor deposition coat layer formed from a polymerizable acrylic monomer or a mixture of the monomer and an oligomer with ultraviolet rays or electron beams to cure the layer are laminated in turn in a vacuum.
