PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blender prevented from being damaged by a liquid. SOLUTION: Upper liquid sensors for detecting a liquid is provided around an insertion hole 56. Leg portions 74 of a main body 3 is provided with lower liquid sensors 75 and 75 for detecting the liquid. When the lower liquid sensors 75 and 75 detect the liquid, a control means 34 for controlling a motor 33 stops driving of the motor 33, so that erroneous intrusion of the liquid into the main body 3 is prevented, and the motor 33, the control means 34, or the like is prevented from being damaged by the liquid.
