PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent variations from being caused to an inner stress in tightening in the case of tightening and fixing an electroacoustic transducer, wherein a diaphragm assembly and a fixed pole assembly are arranged via a spacer opposite to each other, in a unit case. SOLUTION: In a condenser microphone unit formed by strongly tightening the electroacoustic transducer 1, wherein the diaphragm assembly 10 stretching a diaphragm 11 to a support ring 12 and the fixed pole assembly 20 supporting a fixed pole 21 to an insulation seat 22 are arranged via the spacer 30 opposite to each other in the unit case 40 by a lock ring 50, when the fixed pole 21 is press-fit to a cylindrical part 24 provided to the insulation seat 22, an outer diameterϕ1 of the cylindrical part 24 is formed smaller in advance so that an outer circumference face 24b of the cylindrical part 24 may not be swollen more than the inner diameter of the unit case 40.
