PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic EL display device in which high brightness can be maintained for a longer period, while surely repairing the defect part. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the organic EL display device is one in which aging of an element substrate having an anode, a cathode, and an organic light-emitting layer positioned between the anode and the cathode, and provided with a first aging process (S203) of aging the element substrate by applying a first aging voltage between the anode and the cathode, and a second aging process (S203) of aging the element substrate, by applying a second aging voltage between the anode and the cathode. Then, the reverse bias voltage of the first aging voltage is set larger than that of the actual drive voltage of the organic EL device, and the forward bias voltage of the second aging voltage is set larger than that of the actual drive voltage of the organic EL device.
