<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-ray diagnostic equipment eliminating a defect pixel by correcting a defect pixel unstable with time that produces a defect pixel during an X-ray diagnosis based on a defect registration and reducing the blur of the image. <P>SOLUTION: This X-ray diagnostic equipment is provided with a defect pixel counting section 8 counting the frequency of the defect in respective object pixels detected during the X-ray diagnosis, a defect registration and determination section 10 comparing the frequency of the defect with a defect setting value and, when the frequency of the defect pixel is more than the defect setting value, outputting a defect registration signal, a defect registration memory 16 registering the defect of the object pixels based on the defect registration signal, and a calibration section 6 correcting the X-ray detection signal output from the X-ray detector corresponding to an object pixel registered in the defect registration memory 16. This constitution can register the defect of such defect pixel that the object pixel becomes a defect in the X-ray diagnosis and correct it based on the defect registration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
