<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal which allows the user to verify the running application program, with the housing closed, and to select and stop the application program, with the housing closed. <P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal, being able to parallel-process a plurality of programs and is provided with openable and closable mechanism, has a display means exposed, when the portable terminal is closed, and a control means for displaying the information corresponding to the running program on the display means, if there is a running program when the portable terminal is closed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
