<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spline capable of preventing water from entering between the joining faces of adjacent panels and reducing assembling time and an assembly type wall using it. <P>SOLUTION: An interposing part 91 is interposed between the adjacent panels 7, and a first projecting part 92 and a second projecting part 93 are formed on the face of the interposing part 91 in contact with the panels 7. The first and second projecting parts 92, 93 are fitted into the joining grooves 71a formed in the joining faces of the adjacent panels 7.
