<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and thin actuator module structure taking an arbitrary shape deformable in an arbitrary direction, having safety and high durability, comprising a multilayered structure of bimorph, unimorph or the like easy to manufacture, and to provide its manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: The actuator structure is formed in a manner that striped stress distribution is given in a plane of a bend type actuator having a layered structure and the actuator bends to form a part of a cylindrical shape having a center axis in a direction parallel to stripes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
