<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of duct sizes to be used, and the number of necessary members following it, when constructing a duct. <P>SOLUTION: For example, after carrying out primary setting of duct sizes by an equal friction method, its total pressure loss is determined to set a total pressure loss design desired value. The maximum number of types of ducts with different sizes to be used is determined beforehand, and the primarily set respective duct sizes are replaced by the sizes of the duct of plural types determined beforehand. Then, a whole of a set duct module A of the largest size to be installed in a blower side is changed to that of a one rank smaller size, its total pressure loss is calculated, and the size of a unit duct or the set duct module of the blower side is sequentially changed until the total pressure loss approximates to the total pressure loss design desired value in the calculation result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
