PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label with a genuiness determined body and a printing label with a genuiness determined body that have very high forgery prevention property and can securely make a truth decision as a label or print label provided with a genuiness determined body. SOLUTION: The label with the genuiness determined body of is formed by mixing thread, having a polymer cholesteric liquid crystal layer with a base paper and integrating the base paper and the thread with the polymer cholesteric liquid crystal layer together or transferring, or laminating the genuiness determined body having a polymer cholesteric liquid crystal layer to or on a base material, and integrating it with the base material. Thus, the polymer cholesteric liquid crystal layer, having the characteristics of circularly polarized light selectivity and selective reflectivity and special form-producing technique are combined, or the genuiness determined body having the polymer cholesteric liquid crystal layer is transferred to or laminated on the base material.
