PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the manufacturing cost of a display device low and to reduce picture quality unevenness. SOLUTION: The display device has a plurality of first wiring lines and second wiring lines arranged crossing the plurality of first wiring lines across an insulating film on the plurality of first wiring lines and is characterized in that the insulating film arranged between the first wiring lines and second wiring line is thicker where there are intersection regions of the plurality of first wiring lines and the plurality of second wiring lines arranged across the insulating film than between the first wiring lines and second wiring lines at places other the places where there are the intersection regions of the plurality of first wiring lines and the plurality of second wiring lines arranged across the insulating film and the second wiring lines are wider where there are the intersection regions than at places other than the places where there are the intersection regions.
