PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing method for easily drawing a sufficiently small picture on various objects to be drawn. SOLUTION: This drawing method comprises the steps of; spraying a drawing gas on one side of the object to be drawn thereon (object: substrate 10); irradiating each of predetermined positions (positions Pb10 and Pc10 to be picture-drawn) on the one side corresponding to each of pixels composing a picture Ga (astral picture) to be drawn, with a drawing beam; and forming points (marks 4a) having electric resistivity different from that of the one side of the object to be drawn, at the predetermined positions to draw a picture Ga, by depositing a drawing material in the drawing gas on the irradiated region with the drawing beam.
