PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink cartridge which can restrain ink from being discharged outside even when an internal space is reduced in pressure again after the ink is filled in the internal space. SOLUTION: The ink cartridge is equipped with a first dispensing communication hole 452 which communicates with a dispensing tube part 451, a second dispensing communication hole 454 which communicates with an ink storing chamber (internal space), and a dispensing diaphragm channel 453a which makes the dispensing tube part 451 and the ink storing chamber communicate with each other by connecting the first and second dispensing communication holes. When the ink cartridge takes an ink injection posture to dispense the ink from the dispensing tube part 451, the second dispensing communication hole 454 is located upper than the first dispensing communication hole 452. Even if a level I of the ink rises in a post pressure-reduction process after the ink dispensation, the ink can be prevented from being discharged to the outside.
