PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control system, a device to be remote controlled, and a setting method thereof, with measures against confusion when a plurality of objects are remote controlled. SOLUTION: A modulated beam 15 is a pulse series (any of 1-th to n-th pulse series) that is selected by an ID setting switch 4c, is radiated to an arbitrary robot.
