PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of shortage of oil returning amount of a high stage-side compressor, in a refrigerating device performing a two-stage compression two-stage expansion refrigerating cycle by using a gas-liquid separator. SOLUTION: A refrigerant circuit 15 is provided with a low stage-side oil separator 26 separating refrigerating machine oil from a discharged refrigerant of a low stage-side compressor 21 and returning the same to a suction-side of the low stage-side compressor 21, and a high stage-side oil separator 36 for separating the refrigerating machine oil from the discharged refrigerant of the high stage-side compressor 31 and returning the same to a suction-side of the high stage-side compressor 31. Here, an oil separation ratio of the low stage-side oil separator 26 is determined to be lower than that of the high stage-side oil separator 36. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
