<p>A wireless network control device is provided between a wireless base-station and switching equipment to carry out moving controls for terminal devices. The wireless network control device identifies whether a terminal device is a mobile terminal device or a fixed terminal device when the terminal device initiate a call. When the terminal device is a mobile terminal device, a moving control resource is assigned to the same. However, when the terminal device is not a mobile terminal device, no moving control resource is assigned to the terminal device. Thus, it is possible to use the resources effectively.</p> |
