A system (10) for delivering different colored polyurethane materials (PUM), comprising sources of isocyanate (12), polyol (14) and different colored pigments (16a-c), premix chambers (20a-c) connected to (16a-c) and to (12) or (14) (each with a stirrer (53a-d) to make a selectively colored PUM), a spray head (22) connected to the chambers and to (14) or (12), and a valve assembly (24) to direct selectively-colored PUM from a chamber (20a-c) and either (12) or (14) to the spray head (22). An independent claim is included for a method for delivering different colored PUM by (a) feeding isocyanate or polyol to a selected premixing chamber, (b) feeding pigment from one of a number of sources to the same chamber, (c) mixing the pigment with the isocyanate or polyol to form a selectively colored mix, (d) feeding this material and the other component (polyol or isocyanate) to a spray head and (e) repeating stages (a)-(d) with a different chamber in (a) and a different pigment in (b).
