ELEVATOR WEIGHT TEMPORARY PLACING DEVICE AND WEIGHT INSTALLATION METHOD

A weight temporary placing device (100) is used to place a weight (3) on a device installation table (4) arranged at a desired position of an elevator hoistway. The weight temporary placing device (100) includes a temporary placing table (10) and a support arm (20). The temporary placing table (10) extends in the direction crossing the hoistway toward the center portion of the hoistway from immediately below the device installation table (4) and holds a sliding plate (14) at the same height as the device installation table (4). The support arm (20) is mounted on the device installation table (4) from the position apart from the lower portion toward the bottom of the temporary placing table (10) with inclination upward.
