<p>A method for establishing adaptive downlink simulating load channels includes: judging if the running simulating load channels are in collision with the channels to be established, if yes, releasing the simulating load channels and transferring the channel codes to the channels to be established; searching for the idle channel codes, and using them for the reestablished simulating load channels. A apparatus for establishing adaptive downlink simulating load channels is also disclosed, which comprises: judging unit; releasing unit, distributing unit and searching and reestablishing unit. The present invention is used for solving the problem in the prior art that the channel codes resource could not be used sufficiently due to the need for the RNC to reserve the channel codes for establishing the simulating load channels.</p> |
