DOCTOR BLADE FOR THE ROLL OF A PAPER OR BOARD MACHINE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE DOCTOR BLADE

The doctor blade (1) has lower surface (5) and upper surface (4) which terminates at a cutting edge (2) with a thin felt mat of carbon fiber. The blade has glass fiber fabrics (6a-6n) that are laminated on top of each other and are bonded with a plastic matrix. The upper fiber fabric (6a) is coated with hard particles of size less than 30mu m and is placed at the vicinity of upper surface. An independent claim is included for manufacturing method of doctor blade.
