<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent useless power consumption in a mobile broadcast receiver with a broadcast receiving function. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile broadcast receiver 1 of the present invention comprises: a reservation means for reserving viewing of a digital broadcast; an illuminance sensor 12 for detecting ambient lightness; and a control means 20 for causing the illuminance sensor 12 to detect the ambient lightness in accordance with a starting time of a program reserved by the reservation means, and controlling processing based on the relevant reservation in accordance with a detection result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
