<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly gather and analyze needs of a customer purchasing a commodity actually depending on a request from a sales quantity prediction requester for efficient feedback to planning of the commodity. <P>SOLUTION: By means of this commodity sales quantity prediction system, information about the commodity is acquired (110), a questionnaire about the commodity is generated (114), an answerer of the generated questionnaire is extracted (122) from a customer database 122, a questionnaire answer request mail is transmitted to the questionnaire answerer (116), content of an answer from the answerer is obtained (118), weighting computation is carried out according to content of the questionnaire answer result for summarization, and from the summarization result, the sales quantity of the commodity is predicted (120, 124). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
