<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection support system that reflects experts' know-how, provides universal operability, facilitates searches for trouble cases, and can be remote-controlled. <P>SOLUTION: An information terminal is connected to a server such that the input of a predetermined key causes the server to automatically collect work content and notify the content to the information terminal.
