<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical member forming method or the like, wherein a processing time is reduced and the occurrence of strain is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The optical member forming method is provided with a heating step for heating the optical member L, a press step for press-molding by pressure with an upper mold 2 and a lower mold 3 which are oppositely arranged and a cooling step for cooling the optical member L, wherein at least one of the heating step and the cooling step is carried out in a state in which the optical member L is brought into contact with the upper mold 2 by second pressure lower than a first pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
