PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object management program, device and method, which configure a dynamic object group without depending on retrieval conditions, easily add an object group which does not satisfy retrieval conditions to an object without changing the retrieval conditions, and continuously manage the object group. SOLUTION: An object management device stores reference information with respect to object or retrieval setting, and associates the reference information between an object and retrieval setting, and refers to retrieval setting and user information for specifying the user of retrieval setting to limit the execution of association to each user. The object management device performs associated object collection for collecting objects associated with retrieval setting, and non-associated object collection for collecting objects satisfying the conditions of retrieval setting from the objects which are not associated with the retrieval setting.
