INTUBATION SUPPORT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intubation support apparatus excellent in maneuverability at the time of inserting an insertion implement into the trachea of a patient. SOLUTION: The intubation support apparatus 100 has an apparatus body 10, an elongated insertion implement 11, which is removably mounted on the apparatus body 10 and is inserted toward the trachea of the patient from the mouth of the patient, and an imaging means 70 imaging an observation section in which the distal end of the insertion implement 11 is located as an electronic image, and is an apparatus used in an assembly state that the apparatus body 10, the insertion implement 11, and the imaging means 70 are assembled. The apparatus body 10 has a display section 20 having a rectangular screen 21 which displays the electronic image imaged by the imaging means 70 in the assembly state and the display section 20 is turnable between a first location adjacent to the apparatus body 10 and a second location separated from it and is provided in proximal end section of the apparatus body 10 so that the axis O3of the screen 21 and the axis O1of the insertion implement 11 may overlap each other when the display section 20 is seen from the screen 21 side in the assembly state regardless of its turning angle.
