PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material with a skin capable of easily positioning and locking a folded terminal of a skin material, precisely preventing wrinkles of the skin material, reducing a working time, and reducing costs because parts such as a clip and a bracket are not required. SOLUTION: This interior material with a skin simplifies a coating operation by simply and easily positioning and locking a skin material 10 coated on a core material 1 when the skin material 10 is coated on the surface of the core material 1. A large number of locking holes 11 are bored in a folded terminal 12 of the skin material 10 with an approximately same shape as a core material shape, and the lock holes 11 bored to the folded terminal 12 of the skin material 10 wrapped around an edge of the core material 1 are locked, so as to form a large number of locking members 3 for positioning and locking the skin material 10 on the edge inner face of the core material 1.
