PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the oblique ejection of ink and the omission of a dot by preventing air bubbles from being generated when the ink is infilled into an ink passage. SOLUTION: This inkjet head comprises a piezoelectric plate 7 with a plurality of grooves 11, both the side walls 10 of which are provided each with an electrode 12 along a longitudinal direction, and a cover plate 8 for closing the grooves 11 of the piezoelectric plate 7. A protective film 15, which is composed of a resin with a hydrophilic group, is provided in at least an area, covering the electrode 12, of the inner surfaces of the plurality of ink passages 14 surrounded by the grooves 11 of the piezoelectric plate 7 and the cover plate 8.
