PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersing agent having excellent dispersibility, fluidity, and storage stability with a small amount of usage, having excellent compatibility with other resins, and having low crystallinity and good handleability. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the dispersing agent represented by the general formula (1). [In the formula (1), A is represented by the general formula (2), and B is represented by the general formula (3) and is a polymer part selected from the group consisting of polyether and polyester]. [In the formula (2), k represents 1 or 2]. [In the formula (3), Y<SP>1</SP>represents a monovalent end group, X<SP>2</SP>represents -O- or the like, G<SP>1</SP>-G<SP>3</SP>represent -R<SP>11</SP>O- or the like, R<SP>17</SP>represents an alkylene group or the like, X<SP>3</SP>represents OC(=O) or the like, and m1 represents an integer of 1-100].
