PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic therapeutic system which is simple in structure and can effectively cool a vibrator. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic therapeutic system is provided with: an applicator 201 structured so as to cure an affected part in a subject by introducing ultrasonic waves generated at an ultrasonic generating source 202 into a subject via coupling liquid sealed between the ultrasonic generating source 202 and a water bag 205; a reservoir 216 to store the coupling liquid, a main pump 215 for circulating the coupling liquid between the applicator 201 and the reservoir 216; and an auxiliary pump 221 for finely adjusting at least one of a drain volume of the coupling liquid from the water bag and an injection volume of the coupling liquid into the bag.
