PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent any defect such as deformations or damages not intended for a mechanism which applies/reduces pressure by a forward/backward movement of a piston on the liquid to be applied such as skin lotion inside a main body from occurring without applying excessive load at the time of operation. SOLUTION: A locking section 42 with an inner space 41 with the back end side open is formed on a back section of a piston body 35 in a projected manner towards the back, an inserting hole 43 that opens the inner space 41 towards one side is formed on a part of the side surface of the locking section 42, an inner wall 44 facing the inner space 41 is formed in a way that an opposed distance D2 on the front side expands through a tier section 45 than an opposed distance D1 on the back side, a locking projection 46 which projects towards the shaft side of the front end of a shaft member 32 is installed inside the inner space 41 through the inserting hole 43, the locking projection 46 is latched on the front side of the tier section 45 of the inner wall 44, and the front section of the shaft member 32 is locked on the locking section 42 at the back section of the piston body 35.
