摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence observation apparatus by which an observer can properly controls light amount and desirable observed images can be properly obtained in medical sites or the like. SOLUTION: An endoscope apparatus E1 is equipped with an excited light source 2 irradiating a living body observing section S in which a fluorescent pigment is previously injected, with excited light L1, an illumination light source 3 irradiating the living body observing section S with illumination light L2, a notch filter 31 transmitting a fluorescent image L3 output from the living body observing section S and an ordinary image L4 constituted of reflected light of the illumination light L2 at the living body observing section S, imaging device unit 30A outputting the observing image of the fluorescent image L3 and the ordinary image L4, an image display device 51 displaying the observed image, and a remote controller 60A used for controlling the observing condition relating to the observed image displayed in the image display device. The remote controller 60A has an excited light amount adjusting knob 61, an illumination light adjusting knob 62, an offset adjusting knob 63, and a gain adjusting knob 64.
