PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and comfortable heated toilet seat by improving the accuracy of the temperature detection of a thermostat. SOLUTION: By installing the thermostat 30 facing a lamp heater 29 at an intermediate position of a support ring 31 for holding the filament 29b of the lamp heater 29, the thermostat 30 accurately detects temperature change, and the heating toilet seat with stable safety is provided.
